Carry On, Carry Out! Carry On!
The restaurant business has been turned upside down. At one time, dining in was the way to go for a nice meal. This is no longer true. People no longer want to dine in as much. Carry out is the main way to eat now.
Carry out has taken over most of the dine in expo area. Carry out is earning more income than many servers and bartenders. Carry out is the main source of income for the restaurant.
There may be eventually more dine in tables. Yet, my little spidey senses tell me that many previously dine in customers will permanently be carry out or curbside patrons.
