The True Restaurant Hero
I want to introduce a true unsung hero in the restaurant. Without him, morale in the restaurant wouldn’t be as high. He greets everyone with genuine warmth and is very generous. Visits the Saturday-Sunday patrons with great regularity. Helps all members of the restaurant crew in his special way. Also helps with cleaning at the end of a long day. Nonstop. I mean, he does get his breaks of course.
What is the hero’s name? His name is Curtis. What does Curtis do? He is the ever reliable coffee machine. Life without Curtis at the restaurant would be a very difficult one. A true hero. A true team player.
